SUMMARY:St James Drop-in Day - Leeds City Centre
DESCRIPTION:Next event is at Eversheds, Bridgewater Place, in the cent
 re of Leeds.  Eversheds is the tallest building in Leeds – and it i
 s within walking distance of the railway station. \nInteresting progra
 mme of speakers as well as a number of practical workshops and display
 s by the key suppliers of\nCPAP and peripheral equipment. (ResMed, Fis
 her & Paykel, Intus Healthcare and Hope2Sleep have  already confirmed
  that they will be joining us.)\n\nKey talks will include;\n\nThe inne
 r workings of your CPAP machine and the latest developments in technol
 ogy. This will be given by Ed Politch, who has been a regular exhibito
 r at our events over the last two years.\n\nApnoea and achievement in 
 sport. Johan Terpstra, from Intus Healthcare, will present this topic.
 \n\nWe are also hoping to have a member of the West Yorkshire Traffic 
 Police to talk to us about Sleep Apnoea and road traffic accidents, bu
 t this has not yet been confirmed.\n\nThere will be workshops througho
 ut the day on the following topics:\n\nMask cleaning\n\nMask Fitting (
 bring your own mask and headgear) for a “leak free” fit!\nOne to o
 ne consultations with members of the clinical team.\nThere will also b
 e time to talk to other CPAP users and share experiences.\n\nIn order 
 to raise funds there will be a number of stalls: Jams  and preserves;
  Home baking; Novelties;  Tombola.  \nTea and coffee will be availab
 le, free of charge, throughout the session. Please feel free to bring 
 a  packed lunch. \nThe event will begin at 11.00 and will end at 3.00
 . We will spend a few minutes at lunchtime dealing with  the necessar
 y administration issues of the AGM.\n\nIf you would like to attend thi
 s event it is imperative to book your place by Friday 7th September to
  allow time for the security passes to be  printed.  These will be r
 eady at Reception on the day of the event for all people who have requ

 Rail: Leeds City Station \nBridgewater Place is a short walk from the 
 station. From the main concourse walk through the ticket barriers and 
 straight to the main exit doors (city centre). Turn left onto New Stat
 ion Street and continue until the traffic lights on the corner. Cross 
 the single bus lane and bear right onto Bishopgate Street - this will 
 take you under the railway bridge onto Neville Street. Continue past t
 he Hilton hotel and UKI on your right, over the bridge, and cross over
  at the traffic lights. You will find yourself at the foot of the step
 s or\nslope to the north entrance of the building.\n\nVisitors Parking
 :\nSet your SatNav for LS11 5BW (Water Lane) . Turn LEFT onto Water La
 ne from Victoria Road, take an immediate left again to pull in to the 
 concourse, take immediate left again to take you down the slope to the
  car park. You will see an intercom on your right, please scroll to Ev
 ersheds and press the bell, we can then let you through. Once parked i
 n your allocated space, please use the 2nd intercom in the same way to
  access the lift lobby.  Reception is on the 5th floor where you will
