Just one other little thought is that if it's only been occuring recently it could be that you're getting more nasal stuffiness due to either hayfever, allergies or warmer nights. If this is the case then try to help the nasal stuffiness with something like Sterimar natural spray, or even a prescribed one from the GP. <p>This can happen John when the default minimum pressure of 4 is set, which I stress does work for a lot of people, but sometimes clinics do raise that minimum pressure as if the pressure tends to run very low in between the apnoeas and then suddenly has to climb higher, sometimes it doesn't reach the maximum level it needs. Hope this makes sense and you could speak with your clinic about this - especially if it's happening often and you're feeling negative daytime effects when the AHI is…</p>
