Suzanne, it's really a messaging system so you don't have to post idscussions, I hate using Facebook and Twitter, I don't really want to know what Shane Wwarne and Liz Hurley are doing in the bedroom lol.

Suzi, I also work in IT for a large Retail manufacturer called Simplot, we sell brands like John West, Birdseye, John West, Edgell, Chiko and about 10 other brands, I look after our sales forces, software and hardware and have just taken on a project to purchase a CRM to incorporate our social media, I hate social media but can see how important it is now and for the future. My company has ask me to come up with a strategy to take us to 2020. We have websites for each brand and in 6 months have around 200,000 followers for each site, we have had to put on 2 fulltime people that work nearly 24/7 to keep up with queries, complaints, suggestions etc, just a bit about me.
