    Hi Linda,

    Welcome to the forum. I sympathise about the sore nose - I've had those same issues too. We are from the same part of the world, so perhaps have the same sleep clinic. I find the staff at Ninewells clinic really helpful and you'll get lots of good advice on this forum, too.

    How are you getting on ? I am absolutely hating this cold weather. We came back from

    Australia to the tail end of the bizarre March heatwave - just in time to catch the snow!  I was hoping to get two summers this year , so I hope that weather in March wasn't it.
