Welcome to the forum Sharon, and hope you find it beneficial. I notice you say you use both CPAP + a dental device.  Is that at the same time, as I'm due to try a dental device along with CPAP?

Hi Sharon, please please stick with it, it does get easier, but it takes a little time. You will honestly get to the stage when you look forward to putting the mask on so you DO get a good nights sleep. It's not just about falling asleep at work, I did all that... it's about falling asleep when you are driving, which could so easily happen. I'm from Kent too, East Peckham, near Tonbridge, so feel free to chat any time you like. Jan Johnson
