Pleased to hear you eventually got a diagnosis Bernadette, and it's sad people often have such a long uphill struggle to get this.  It's even worse for the poor children, even though 1 in 30 kids suffer from this (mostly undiagnosed).  Things will improve as the UK are finding out just how common sleep apnoea is.  Hope you found answers to some of your questions, and feel free to ask for more help
