Great to hear Niel. I get very easily confused with things like this. Let's blame the grey matter from the OSA :-D It's good to have you on here. No doubt you're a patient at Castle Hill like me. They're a great team there - we are very lucky!
Great reply there from Andy, and you can get the hose huggies from my website www.hope2sleep.co.uk or you can make one yourself if you've handy (which I'm not with a needle and thread lol). One other point is that I see you have the Devilbiss Sleep Cube and as well as the condensation problem, the rattle could be coming from the water reservoir drawer not being tightly shut so give it a firm push.
no worries neil as i said it is trial and error but i can assure you when you get the settings right you will notice a big difference.
It took me about a week to get mine set up right but once i did i noticed the difference straight away and would now not use my machine without the humid running.
