I am into my 5th year of sleep problems. Have been attending drmackays clinic for four years. Have tried everything, different types of cpap. Hi, I have nixed apnoea, diagnosed around nine months ago and use a Cpap machine designed to deal with both the central and obstructive types. This has made a considerab,Le difference to my overall well being and tiredness. Reduced episodes to over sixty per hour to less than two most nights.
