Hello Everyone I'm so glad I've found this wonderful informative site. Just been diagnosed recently with sleep apnea and finding it all very difficult. Just cannot get used to wearing the mask and take it off most nights after a couple of hours. I just cannot sleep with it on! Having spent at least the last 5 years without any quality sleep I know I must keep trying. I've been told I need a full mask and am currently using a F&P and am wondering if the latest Dreamwear might be easier as it looks smaller? However it makes me feel better to know that my problem isn't unusual for a newbie - wish me luck.
