Hi Joe. If sleep apnoea is successfully treated then it's not classed as a disability, as with good treatment people should be able to live a normal healthy life. If, however, the untreated sleep apnoea has caused other medical issues which do come under the disability umbrella then that is a different matter. Most people who have sleep apnoea and claim disability have other medical conditions. Hope this helps.
