Obstructive Sleep Apnoea Awareness Campaign - British Lung Foundation
How deep is your sleep?
Do you feel sleepy all day? Do you snore loudly when you sleep? Do you stop breathing in your sleep, as noticed by a loved one?
If the answer is yes you could be a risk of obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA).
OSA is easy to treat, and treatment can hugely improve your health and the quality of your life. The British Lung Foundation is here to help.
Come along to one of our free OSA testing events where you can find out more, take a simple, free test, and ask questions to the experts.
