Hi,
I started therapy on 7th January. The Hospital gave me a Resmed S9 Autoset for a week so that they could work out the pressure that I needed.
After the week I went back and they determined the 95th percentile pressure was 13.2 so they set this on a Resmed S9 Escape CPAP. I am to use this for a month before going for a check up.
The first week with the APAP was brilliant however since moving to the CPAP I am not feeling as refreshed in the day. I'm not sure if the pressure is wrong or the fact that I am getting the full 13.2 all the time and getting the occasional leaks into my eye.
Is this normal? Can I get my own S9 Autoset instead of the hospital provided S9 Escape?

I think I might be one of those people! I had a week on APAP, felt amazing by the end of it, then 2 months on CPAP which I don't think worked, and now I've got another week on APAP. Only done 2 nights so far, but fingers crossed... Then I'm back at the consultant on 20th March, and I'll take it from there, Good luch to you!
