Does anyone have any experience of nasal valve collapse?
Wondering if I have this but I don't know what the norm is.
Been trying widgets that hold the nose open and it's like night and day.

Well I found out what the norm was by asking my doctor to do the Cottle maneuver on herself, and she said there was no difference with and without.
Whereas for me it's massively different.
The Cottle maneuver is where you pull the skin by the side of the nose to one side to open up the nostril. If nasal airflow improves then it signifies a problem.
Implications for CPAP means nasal pillows are untenable.
