Hi Manda

I am get on with my GP he is quite supportive but haven't had any input from The Pain Clinic for over 10 years.  They thought that I could control my pain without their support. Since I have cut down the Gabapentin my quality of sleep has decreased since.  Hopefully this is a temporary thing and once my body gets use to the lower dose.    I need to male an appointment with the GP about getting the purified water for the APAP and also for my new steam mop as I have had two mops fail within a year of purchase.  Vax is going to replace it.

The sleep doctor wants me to reduce 4 of the medications I am on because he feels that these are causing the CSA.  I am going to reduce the dose by 100mg today and see how I feel.  My pain levels are on the increase at the moment.  He also wants me to come off Tramadol, Mirtazapine and Citialopram but it will all take a while to come off them.

PS: Sorry to hear about your husband.

"Yeah I was wondering about email address. I thought probably if they wanted me to mail them they would have given out an address. I can imagine heart data is considered more acute than sleep data, so it would make more sense to have that…"
