Yes, and that's why I've been aiming to start this forum for a while, so people can get to know each other and not feel so lonely.  However, this will not be for too long, as very soon you'll have friends and family with sleep apnoea now that the UK is getting more aware of it.  Meanwhile we have to do all we can to pass on the awareness.  So many people just think they're tired as they're getting older, but only the other day a lady in her late 70's told me she feels 20 years younger now she's on CPAP :)
