Stick with the mask thing. I. Still wake up, some 3 years on and find I have removed the mask in my sleep. I found it very
dufficult when I started with the machine
I now manage approx 5-6 hours per night, although at times this can go down to a couple of hours. Kath's site is brilliant and full of advice, which often appears lacking at the hospital. Take care. Keep in touch. John
Hi Stephen, Just wondering which clinic you are attached to? I am with Nevill Hall Abergavenny.. I suspect you could also be there. The amount of information forthcoming seems to centre around a yearly check, on the machine and not much else. I have been on the cpap for over 3 years.
Hope all well.
John
