Having used a PR System One Auto cpap machine for 3 + years without any aerophagia I am now using a Resmed Aircurve 10 Elite Auto cpap for the past 2 months and getting aerophagia every night. I can't figure out why. My settings are the same. Your thoughts are appreciated.

Hi Alison. With the Aircurve being a Bi-level machine as opposed to your APAP the settings won't be the same as it delivers pressure support a different way. It could well be that the hospital have needed to change you to this one as they needed to raise your inhale pressures but lower the exhale.
Have a look at the video on aerophagia on this forum http://hope2sleepguide.co.uk/video/get-rid-of-burping-and-gaswind but if you're still struggling I would mention it to the hospital, as they may be able to tweak your pressures.
