AHI's
It must seem that I do is moan but I am so depressed with my AHI's. Everyone else sees to have imediate results when they start an *pap treatment. I use it every night and still 24+. What the h**l am I doing wrong? I am trying so hard and seem to be going nowhere fast.

Where are you getting your AHI results from Carolyn? Do you have the Respironics Software? It would be interesting to know what your AHI is made up of, ie Obstructive Apnoeas/Hypopnoeas/Central Apnoeas + also if you're having leaks. Most people who are new to their treatment are unaware of their AHI, so in a sense, if you didn't know this information you wouldn't be worrying.
Most people don't get perfect immediate results, they need working on normally. Yes, some people are lucky, but we've already established you're on medications which are probably making the apnoeas worse. Try if you can to just hang in there until the 16th (I think you said) when you go back to the hospital, or like I said, if it's causing you too much stress try to get them to bring the appointment forward.
Try if you can to relax and sidetrack yourself with some nice treats, or a good novel.
