Hi,
Hoping for some help.
I recently purchased an Amara View full face mask from H2S with the fitpack.
Tried connecting it to my existing hose I received as part of my setup from the NHS, and found the hose diameter is too large. Trying to figure out what I need to do/buy in order to make the mask compatible...
I currently have a Philips Dreamstation 2 with airfit F30 mask. Not sure of the hose, looks about 20mm.
Appreciate any help/guidance anyone can give, as currently have the Amara View sitting un-used.
Thanks!!

Hi David
Please always contact us at the charity direct for any problem with orders as we can help you much quicker.
The Amara View definitely works with your DreamStation 2 and what has probably happened, is that the adapter from the end of your F30 mask has got stuck in the end of your hose. If you can see the adapter in the end of the hose, try to prise it out and your Amara View should then fit.
There's just one more thought I had if my previous suggestion doesn't solve it.......If by chance your clinic supplied you with a slimmer 12mm hose then a mask adapter is needed. However, you should already have one that you've been using with the Airfit mask, so it could be that the adapter is stuck on your Airfit mask. Here's a link to what you're looking for if it is the slimline 12mm hose you've been supplied with https://www.hope2sleep.co.uk/dreamstation-2-dreamstation-go-mask-ad...
