I've posted here and there on the site and wanted to share my good news. For nearly five years I struggled to get my AHI under 5. For months at any pressure it remained 25 +. I went through CPAP and BiPAP before finally getting an ASV machine. It still took about 18 months, but finally my AHI is under 5. I can tell a difference in how I feel. I have more energy and don't sleep as long at night.
The message is hang in there and take care of your health even when you're having a hard time.
