Thanks for posting it Graeme. Michael Oko from the Snoring Disorders Centre is on the 29th, and I got contacted today about two other dr's who are appearing. Will update when we have the full itinerary. I think sleep apnoea is mainly on the 29th, but will update when I hear.

Both programmes were well worth watching. OSA seemed one of the more straightforward conditions, and the CPAP treatment was certainly effective in the subject's case. Mrs T remarked that he looked like a 'typical sleep apnoea sufferer' which was probably intentional.
The programme obviously set out to highlight the dangers of driving with untreated OSA, probably rightly. I don't remember this ever having been an issue when I was diagnosed, but that was a long tme ago now.
It also seemed to concentrate on the discomfort of wearing the mask and the time it takes to get used to it - the full-face mask worn by the subject certainly looked offputting, compared with some others which were shown very briefly (including a Mirage Swift I think), while it looked as if he had a ResMed S8 autoset to start with - I use a S8 Sprint which I like a lot, particularly because it is so compact - and a much larger machine later on.
Oh dear, that makes me sound like a CPAP anorak, which I certainly am not. I just recognise the sort of treatment which I have liked, and which I haven't.

Yes, I thought it was great too, and awareness was certainly achieved, judging by the amount of emails + phone calls etc I'm having, which I assume will be the same for all others involved in OSA.
I was really pleased John was filmed behind the wheels of the HGV truck, as so many people avoid diagnosis for fear of losing their jobs and licence. Just a pity they didn't show more of the smaller masks as well though.
The machine they showed later on was the one I use (Respironics System One) and it's very small really, but the humidifier attaches to the side, which makes it look a lot bigger. My Sleep Cube humidifier slots under the machine, so it's neater and I use that one for travel.
