eBay, of course! You can buy wrist strap or trailing lead puls oximeters, with memory (I think they all have memory) from a company called Contec, in China. Many of us have bought them. £70 - 80.
Getting the software up and running on yout PC can be problematic but they (suppliers) are very helpful - and we are here, besides.
we use a contec we can download the data into a report and save them in a file on the laptop
I also found the company helpful and agree the software can be a mare if you reboot your pc but if you keep the disc which I didnt you should be ok
we have had ours for almost 2 years with no problems

The part number to search for is CMS50F - this is a wrist mounted meter with a sensor that goes over your finger.
Here's some things to note :-
Don't get one of these if you are latex intolerant
Use the smallest finger you can that works - wearing this overnight will make you sore if the sensor is tight.
The software I got will not work under Windows 7 - maybe they've done a new release.
They are on ebay for as little as £60 and it's possibly the best medical investment I ever made, I've been much more comfortable and sleep better since I could set my optimum pressure on CPAP instead of some wild stab in the dark!
CMS60S for the remote unit with long lead to finger sensor.
They have updated the software and it works fine on Win7. You mau noy get the right software first time - I didn't - but they immediately correct any problems.

I have a finger one for spot checks and also the Contec CMS60c which is a unit with a lead and finger sensor
