CPAP v APAP
Hi again,
I have been at sleep clinic today, and the outcome has been for me to try auto machine again, to see if it helps. I was also given a new quattro fx with smaller cushion, as they felt my one may be a bit too big, and out of my 4 masks i prefer this one.
So heres to a good nights sleep!

Sounds like you had a positive experience today at the Clinic Linda :) Not sure if you saw it, but Gina posted on here about how after struggling for months with CPAP, the way forward for her was with an APAP machine. well thats 2 nights now with apap, so far no sore heads, and no chest pain, sleep a little better last night. only awakened 3 or 4 times
i met lisa and isla today, we had a lovely afternoon. It was great hearing their experiences with sleep apnoea. We plan on meeting up again.
Ive downloaded sleepyhead software again, but cant make head or tail of it lol

That's great to hear Linda and sounds like your problems were the same as Gina's. You'll probably start to wake up less soon, once your body gets out of the habit of waking. Just hope the clinic will let you keep the auto machine.
Bet you 3 had loads to chat about too over several coffees :)
