Cpap works so well for me, despite its inconveniences, and has so many advantages - it's non invasive, cheap, quick, simple, easily understood, reversible, unlikely to cause any harm, suitable for long term use. I can't understand anyone who could benefit from it not giving it a try, or any medical professional who knows it may help not using that (plus a fitness / weight loss programme) as the first line of attack, especially where weight is an aggravating factor.
