Hi,
Does anyone know if I need to add the breathing machine, airsense 10, to my household insurance? I don't own it but am I liable if it gets stolen or damaged,

We have had confirmation several times about this in our Facebook Group from sleep technicians and nurses, who state that the machines are covered by the NHS' insurance.

The best thing is to ask your clinic, they all appear to work their own way, also if you are going abroad it is worth checking if it is still covered. If not you might feel better if it were covered by insurance. Ask if your home insurance will cover it if you go abroad if the clinic says it is not covered. They are not cheap to buy or replace, so if it is not covered your travel insurance might also cover it, but do ask as asking after is to late.
