Here's an extract from my AHI & AI - events/hr of my compliance report after 24 days
Apnea index: 1.3 Hypopnea index: 4.0 AHI: 5.3
Obstructive: 0.2 Central:1.1 Unknown: 0
All the above is on a slow downward trend. Am I on target to be considered to be in compliance when my 30 days are up?

Michael, the sleep clinics when looking for compliance are more interested in if you're using the CPAP every night and for a minimum of 4 hours, but of course it's in our interest to use it for all our sleeps as the apnoeas happen everytime we sleep. It's positive to see the efficacy data you've posted is all on a slow downward trend.
I have tended to wake up during the night since my mid 60s. When wearing my APAP and forcing myself to sleep on my side this has been before the 4 hours are up and sometimes due to a slightly displaced mask as my head moves and there is much increased air flow/pressure from the APAP. However I go back to sleep so that I get at least 4 hours per night using my APAP and putting up with wearing my full face mask.
From evidence I have gathered wearing my oximeter and forcing myself to sleep on my side whether I use my APAP or not I am convinced from the oxygen percentages that I have positional sleep apnoea.
I have tested the situation and when I sleep on my back the percentages drop from around 97% to around 87% several times per night and at the same time my pulse increases from my at rest rate of less than 60bpm to more than 95bpm.
When on my side all night the percentages always remain above 90% and my pulse does not exceed 80bpm.
