i am a little more active and am using salads and massive amount of natural salt and i am losing weight without complications, in fact my blood pressure goes down
i use cucumber as it has a lot of water content drench with natural salt and to take the salt taste away i put salad cream and letuce
and i am toneing up which is good

i use a blood pressure monitor when i do this to check for adverse effects but there are none
i am also benifiting in other ways as well like greatly reduce flatulance to almost none
