Hi,
I am a new CPAP user having recently been diagnosed with severe sleep Apnoea.
I have been using the machine for a week and am aleady seeing huge differences...one of the main ones is sleeping for 6 to 7 hours and not having to get up to go to the toilet 3-4 times a night.
No longer feel tired and not falling asleep during the day.

Welcome Chris, and it's great to hear you're already feeling the benefit of CPAP. As your body starts to heal from past damage and some of your sleep debt gets paid bad, you can expect to feel even more benefits in the future. Onwards and upwards!......
Hi Chris, Good to see you are getting on well with the CPAP. Not everyone is so lucky but half the battle is thinking "This is going to work for me". Good to hear you notice an improvement already.
Hi Chris, I've been a hosehead since November, I've only missed two night because of a raging cold. Stick with it.
