Hi all the Best for 2014 , i have a faulty Button on my Resmed 8 can any Member tell me how to fix it , sometimes its hard to press on , i don't want to be heavy handed with it , any idea's would help , Thank you , x

Hi Thank you for your reply , i was thinking that , but when you phone its the same lady and she don't like you asking for things , last time i Phoned Harefield was for a new hose and i think i disturbed her Lol ,
you have got to smile and ask confidently for help and thank them for thier kindness
that puts off balance
what helps is stand up when you phone and smile as you are talking this quite effective
remember to say thank you
it is their job to help you

My partner has CPAP treatment from Harefield (a Resmed 9) and they've been very helpful. Sorry you've had a bad experience.

Hi Jonathan , they were marvelous when i went for machine 4 years ago , but i seem to get the same lady when asking for things , i only phone twice a year for a new mask , but i phoned last week for a hose as it split , and there she was on the other end LOL its properly me , but i shall phone on Monday , thanks for your reply ,i keep you posted ,
