Sleep Apnoea Forum Bringing Help + Support to the Patient

Hello, hope everyone is doing well.

I've been told that I don't need my machine any more. I'm one of the few where weightloss has resolved my sleep apnoea. I bought the machine directly from ResMed and here is the description. I'm looking to sell for £225 including post. Please let me know if you are interested.

You really need to move this into our buy/sell/swap section of the forum (unless you've sold it aready) as it will get lost here in the support forum http://hope2sleepguide.co.uk/group/buy-sell

Do tongue exercises work ?

Hi,I saw a study on the internet in which OSA was alleviated with tongue exercises, and some UK medics recommend exercises - thinking of Mike Dilkes, but I spoke to a local consultant and he said there was no evidence that exercises work. Is there…See More

"Hi Sally You're right that we do have to keep a good cleaning regime with our CPAP and daily mask cleaning will help prevent leakage, as a lot of this is caused due to facial oils left behind on the mask cushion. Resmed have recently published…"

Cleaning products advice please!

I’m looking for some cleaning advice but the existing threads here are quite old so I am starting a new one. I realise that I have been appallingly lax with cleaning my ResMed AirSense CPAP which I’ve had for over 3 years. I’ve only been doing it…See More
