Swollen eyes
I have had my CPAP mask about 6 weeks now and getting on ok with it. But in that time I have had 2 eye infections (1 in each eye) where my eyelids and the surrounding areas are swelling up and really sore for a few days. I wondered if there was any correlation with this being since i wore the mask - I know it doesn't touch my eyes but could it be putting pressure on the surrounding nerves? I'm barely wearing any make up so don't think it is an allergic reaction or anything.

If the eye infections have only been since you went on CPAP Helen then it sounds like there could be a link. One of the most common causes is mask leaks blowing into the eyes. If you think this is happening the it would be worth trying a mask liner http://www.hope2sleep.co.uk/silent-night-mask-liners.html Also make sure you're not over-tightening the mask so it's digging in underneath your eyes (if you're using a traditional style of mask).
