Alan, do you know how to download your data off your CPAP? I think your CPAP is data capable, I have a Resmed but I think Kath has a Philips. If you want to try I can help you download the free software.
There will be a reason why it has gone up, has anything changed over the last couple of weeks, anything can affect your AHI the weather, what you eat, meds etc etc.
