I have a borrowed oxi m and my netbook running windows 7 and it  does not have a disc drive so I downloaded as per the manual from the website ...

and of course I cannot get it to get data

could you talk me from scratch please?

Hi John,

It's nice to have you as a friend on this site. I'll email you when I feel better. I have suddenly developed a rotten cold etc and having a mask on when you want / need to sneeze and cough is absolutely wonderful!!? (as you probably know!). "I've not heard of any repairers here in the UK.  If it's the System One Remstar and it's under 2 years old it has a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.  If you got it from your hospital they will change it for you."
