to confuse m i use the words potential hydrogen commonly abbreviated pH that is little p and a capitol H sometimes both are wrongly capitalized

the little p can have three different names as follows  1)potential 2)power 3)percent

and the pH value is a logarithmic scale of 1-14

It's so good to have people in the know to ask questions of. My hospital staff are all very kind and encouraging but they don't seem to have much detail or helpful advice! It is just about compliancy.  I was astonished last night to find that I actually got some sleep with no mask on. In addition to a really bad cold I managed to hurt my left arm and just couldn't cope with putting the machine on because of the intense pain in my left arm. I was however aware of lots of fitful sleep and lots of semi conscious rubbish going through my brain so I wouldn't want to leave the mask off as a rule!!

Thankfully my arm is getting better. I had a jab yesterday and my arm reacted very badly. I wasn't prepared for that! They are recommending anti pneumonia jabs for people on the diabetes radar. Sadly I am on the radar!

Bye for now,

Rosemary

"Yeah I was wondering about email address. I thought probably if they wanted me to mail them they would have given out an address. I can imagine heart data is considered more acute than sleep data, so it would make more sense to have that…"
