Good to know I'm not alone here!  The idea for a local group sounds good.

Hi Lisa,

That might be a nice idea, and I had no idea there were others from Tayside!  Let me know what the others think.

Thank you Lisa,

I wondered why I didn't have the information everyone else seemed to be talking about. Hadn't thought about it being a basic model.

Lisa, I think I have said to Kath before that a Aussie winter day is like a English summer day LOL, only joking. The weather in Melbourne has really been nice, cool nights and mornings but sunny days. Good luck with the battery

Lisa, how was your trip back? Did you use your CPAP on the plane going back? You probably went back at the right time, it's starting to get cooler here but I like it that way I can sleep better.

Lisa, glad to see you like Aus, my father in law is from Scotland so my wife is half and half, but he has been here about 50 years and hasn't been back. I've decided to give Sleep Disorders Australia a miss because they didn't get back to me and want to charge a membership fee and meeting fee. I get more out of this site and others for free. Thaks for telling me about daylight savings in NY, we change at the end of this month and will be back to 16 hours ahead of time, I think. I get lost, wht can't we all be on the same time lol, it would make things a lot easier. I have a couple of people at my work that work in Newcastle and commute to Sydney most days, I think it's about a 2 hour drive, anyway have a good weekend.

Lisa, Thanks for the info, I'm a member of sleep vantage as I have a Resmed CPAP and mask, it doesn't cost anything but to date I haven't got anything either. They are supposed to mail out info on new equipment etc. I listen to Dr Park every second week when his is on and yes sometimes I get the times wrong. It's actually good that it's 12.00 noon our time so I have lunch listening to him. Have a good weekend. Terry

Lisa, I finally got an Email through to Sleep Disorders Australia.
I'll wait for a reply, in Melbourne meetings are on the 3rd Thursday at night in the city.
Not sure if I'll go as it is difficult to park in the city.
I have given you the details for the NSW group.
They don't seem very organised.
