After many years of snoring and upsetting people I am finally attempting to try and get to the bottom of it! I have for the past 40 years endured the snoring and whilst I guess I seem unaffected by it physically I suffer mentally because of the constant worry of causing distress to others who might be in close proximity, I will never sleep on long flights or any place where it could affect people.

I have over the years investigated the problem and I have tried many products from spays, and basic devices but non have produced any results.
I am now recording each night to compile some reports showing the extent of my snoring, I am visiting the doctors this week with the intention of getting permission to purchase a machine which I think and hope might finally provide a snore free night! I live in hope.
