hi allnot posted here for a long time but this was a valuable source of information when it all startedwell i have been off sleep apnea machine now for nearly 8 weeks and just returned from holiday to find my results from last sleep study overnightin the beginning i had a reading of +89 apnea an hour well my last result was an average of 6-8 apneas an hour so i have been advised no longer need the machine and they have classed me as no longer having sleep apneaone happy chappie See More

"my third attempt it was post to say that after few weeks in there is only one downside to the mask and that is its loose fitting on face makes sleeping on your side difficult as the mask slips and air blows on to face and eyes  this one…"
