finally no more sleep apnea
hi all
not posted here for a long time but this was a valuable source of information when it all started
well i have been off sleep apnea machine now for nearly 8 weeks and just returned from holiday to find my results from last sleep study overnight
in the beginning i had a reading of +89 apnea an hour well my last result was an average of 6-8 apneas an hour so i have been advised no longer need the machine and they have classed me as no longer having sleep apnea
one happy chappie
