Suzi, yes I am a male lol, sorry to ask about the depression, I go to an outpatient course on Saturdays and we talk about it openly and sometimes I don't think about the open forum on here, hope I haven't offended you.

Suzi, can I ask about your depression, how long have you been diagnosed and what anti depressnats are you on and the dosage? The reason I ask is so many of us get diagnosed with depression first then SA because Dr's and Pysch's try to fix the symptoms fIrst rather than the cause and for most of us again it's either lack of quality sleep and too much due to SA or other sleep related illnesss, there are 70-80 sleep disorders out there, you dont have to say if you dont want. I do have a theory that the medical profession and drug companies are only in it for the money but that's my theory. I'm just interested when people have depression and have sleep problems. I believe anyone that has depression and either cant sleep or over sleep should have a manditory sleep study. You've seen the discussion on my sister, she has had depression most of her life, been on all the meds and nothing worked and they wondered why. Her last resort was to listen to my theory and have a sleep study which proved she has SA and that it is hereditary. I'm on holidays and dont have much to do, so just thinking out aloud. Anyway have a good new year, I get the feeling either the operation will work for you or if not, at least now you now have another option, hopefully 2013 will be a good year for you and your family.

Thanks for the offer Suzi, we currently use nine advertising agencies and have 2 inhouse web designers, I'm trying to get that don to one or two to save money but I am dealing with Marketing. I have just taken over the companies image library where we used to use the nine agencies for all our images, we are now down to one and I have saved he company millions. We turn over around 2.5billion dollars a year in sales and heaps goes out in costs.

Yu dont have to say your role is more humble, we all do a job and unfortunately have to do it with illnesss, hopefully yours will improve soon, I'm looking forward to the day you tell us you are feeling better.

Suzi, I also work in IT for a large Retail manufacturer called Simplot, we sell brands like John West, Birdseye, John West, Edgell, Chiko and about 10 other brands, I look after our sales forces, software and hardware and have just taken on a project to purchase a CRM to incorporate our social media, I hate social media but can see how important it is now and for the future. My company has ask me to come up with a strategy to take us to 2020. We have websites for each brand and in 6 months have around 200,000 followers for each site, we have had to put on 2 fulltime people that work nearly 24/7 to keep up with queries, complaints, suggestions etc, just a bit about me.

Suzanne, it's really a messaging system so you don't have to post idscussions, I hate using Facebook and Twitter, I don't really want to know what Shane Wwarne and Liz Hurley are doing in the bedroom lol.

"Yeah I was wondering about email address. I thought probably if they wanted me to mail them they would have given out an address. I can imagine heart data is considered more acute than sleep data, so it would make more sense to have that…"
