Hi
I have a PR Dreamstation Auto with integrated humidifier connected to a Amara Viewfull face mask via a heated wire tube. My average pressure is 9 - 10 cmH2O with 5% mask leak and AHI now down to 7, so flow not over excessive I would have thought. My avg use is 7 hours.
I can set the humidifier and wire temperature independently. Both current set to 3. I am waking in the night and morning with very dry and uncomfortable mouth, and chamber is near empty of water in the morning.
I note from another post that there is an option to set to manual the ambient setting, but I am sure it is not possible in the presence of a heated wire circuit.
Do the humidifier and wire settings need to be same?
What’s the best way to maintain optimal humidity and prevent the dry mouth?
Any guidance welcome, thanks.
