Thanks for the feed back. I’m using a heated wire circuit so I don’t seem to be able to turn off the adaptive setting. The video suggests the same.

Good to hear your AHI is coming down and I'd highly suggest changing the humidifier to fixed from adaptive so that you can control the amount of humidification as adaptive rarely works well in the UK.
