Glad we can't catch your virus on here Paula ;)  Seriously though, hope you get better real soon.  Interestingly, at a Sleep Apnoea Support Group Meeting I was at last week, one of the speaking doctor's asked for a show of hands as to how many people suffer less colds and flu epidemics since they been on CPAP.  About 2/3rds of people raised their hands (including me) and he explained that because we're getting better quality sleep our immune systems are working much better than before we were on CPAP.  Hopefully, this is a one-off for you.  I know it's hard, but try to do your best to get your nose as 'unstuffed' as you can before putting the mask on.

It will be good if they can do something to permanently unstuff your nose, as it's so important for us to be able to breathe through them.  Since my nasal operation, CPAP's become a lot more comfortable.  Look forward to hearing what they say.  Meanwhile, take good care of yourself and you're allowed a Pity Party just now :D

haha aww Thanks, its a good party but cant wait till its finished LOL,and i have escaped a few rounds of colds,i even thought cool im not getting one,but nope it caught up with me,lol..least i'll be reet for christmas..thats the bright side..x x
