Thank you for thanking the time to reply. The mask is so hot a sweaty on my face. I will try the tips. Thank you

You're welcome Holly and will notice the article mentions the Silent Night Liners which helps with sweat.  I realise you probably haven't got any at the moment, but you can try making a liner from an old t-shirt (stretchy material).  Sleep well - I'm just on my way too and my fan is already on in the bedroom :)

Buy an air conditioning portable unit, very expensive!

Or do what I heard someone did, they bought a freezer, left the door open with a tray below to catch water and left a fan running in front of the freezer that had no door fitted.  Now a word of warning!  Water and electricity do not mix well and could end in serious injury, even death.  However, he had it all sorted so one could not meet the other.  He said it was nice and cool.

I have not seen his set up, but he said it worked.  Wait till he gets his electricity bill.

Everything is isolated and through earth leakage circuit breakers in the room and it is safe the way he did it.

He is an electrician to trade, so he knows what he is doing.

You can buy air conditioning units that will chill your room down, but they are not cheap.

"Note that this feeling of not breathing properly also happens even if I put the mask on for a bit during the day, just to try to get used to it. I simply do not ever feel like I'm taking in enough air when I breathe in, and therefore have to…"
