So pleased to read this Amanda. When you said on your other post they weren't going to prescribe antibiotics, I had to bite my tongue (or should I say resisting my fingers on the computer, lol) as I get fed up of GP's saying this so they don't have to prescribe them :( I appreciate it's not good to over-prescribe antibiotics, but often they are needed, and you have just proved this! This has not helped you at the beginning of your CPAP therapy, but hopefully now you'll be able to get the proper sleep you deserve.
That's good to hear you have mild sleep apnoea too, so hopefully, once you resume CPAP therapy you'll experience great benefits very soon. Keep us posted.

The problem with the sleep studies we have, they are all taken over one night, so it could have been a particularly good or particularly bad night when it takes place, and our apnoeas depend on a lot of difference aspects we did on that day, such as medication, alcohol, food, climate etc. However, the main thing is that we are diagnosed with OSA and being treated. It's great to hear you're getting your physical and mental energy back now, and you certainly need this with looking after your son. Onwards and upwards................:)

Thanks Kath, it was interesting to see the graph as another person (without the chart) thought it was moderate.
I feel back in the land of the living today which is good because there is a meeting between agencies regarding my son today ( he is autistic) to try and address some of the issues we are having around sleep (anxiety means he will only sleep in my bed), school (struggles with teasing) and food (almost compulsive about eating). So lots of things happening today and I need my wits about me.therapy you'll experience great benefits very soon. Keep us posted.
