I have yet to be doagnosed and am doing all the leg work myself to try and help with me sleep.
I think I am veering towards probably having UARS as I don't score so highly on Epworth. I had a night study meter thing but all was ok - coincided with a couple of decent nights though!
I wonder what pillows people have tried. I have ended up having three and I don't think it works as I end up sliding down! I just rememebered years ago having slept on a bolster pillow and heving one of the most restful nights ever.
Any ideas of what you've found out?
Thnx

Sorry your post was overlooked. No advice regarding a pillow, except to make sure it's not too high or firm to cause your neck to drop which can block your airways more. Was the sleep study one with breathing cannulas, or just a pulse oximeter on your finger?
