What do you mean by "portable", Rachel? They are all portable in that you can put them in your luggage and move to your next room. Some are smaller than others. I'm not aware of an integrated battery but there are several battery packs on the market - from small, overnight to larger for longer. All are expensive. You can build your own battery pack for a lot less but they would be outside the "portable" descriptor.
What do you want to use this machone for? Easy luggage or hanging on a pram or what? What is your budget?
Do you mean something like the Transcend cpap unit, Rachel? According to their web site it is very small and light weight, so good for travel and using anywhere off mains . I found link to their web site on the American sister site to this one. ( You may need to scroll down a bit to find it, but think link is on the main home page.
Cpap unit can be worn on head. Looks a bit strange. Seemed to be a lot of strapping for size of unit, but I'd be interested in trying it.
