I am so tired of not being able to sleep through the night with my mask on. I have been taking my mask off for the last 2 months during the night. I just can't breath through my nose and I am not a nose mouth breather. heach all the snoring I guess and the stopping breathing. My throat is killing me, I must have snored like a freight train.
I have tried tons of allergy and sinus meds and nasal sprays, breath right strips, even a netipot.. Nothing really works.

Regarding your pressure, do you have access to your AHI results via your CPAP machine or software? You'll then know if your pressure's correct.
Take a look at this advice from Doctor Steven Park http://doctorstevenpark.com/unstuff-your-stuffy-nose and I would highly recommend his book 'Sleep Interrupted'. We sell this, but you'll be able to buy it in the US with cheaper postage. Check out his website.
Finally, I've had nasal surgery - turbinates reduction and septoplasty, and I'm pleased to say there was no drilling to my skull. I can certainly breathe easier now and it's made CPAP much more comfortable.

Kath Hope said:Hi Vera and a warm welcome to our Forum :) I see you're using the Fitlife Mask, and so that won't be the problem as at least you're free to breathe through your nose or your mouth. My next question is, do you use a humidifier? Question 2 is, bearing in mind you're obviously doing all that you can to clear your nose, have you had an appointment with an ENT surgeon to see if they can help?
