Sleep Apnoea Forum Bringing Help + Support to the Patient

I have installed the software, but the pie chart doesn't seem to work.  It is just solid blue circle.  When I close the program a box comes up saying "runtime error"  any ideas ??

I have tried uninstalling and then downloading again, same things go wrong!

Linda, can you copy this new discussion you've posted and then paste it at the end of this discussion http://hope2sleepguide.co.uk/forum/topics/free-software?id=6381638%... because it will more likely get noticed by some of the men on the other discussion, who are more expert with problems and might not see this one.  Hopefully they'll get alerted via email to your question and help you with it.  (When you've done that I'll delete this one for you).

Linda, Is it the pie chart under Event Breakdown? If so can you see the figures above it because the pie chart is just a breakdown of those figures. Not sure why it's not coloured for you. The software is a great tool but seeing we don't but it may come with some flaws. I could also depend on the CPAP you use as the data comes off the simcard from your CPAP or your windows operating system on your PC. I'm sorry I can't answer your actual question and not sure how much help you will get from the supplier of the software. If anyone else has had the issue maybe they can help.

Hi Kath

Had not too bad a week ( I think ). sleeping a bit better, but must admit I'm feeling better, not near so tired. I have a favour to ask of you. Would you be able to look at last nights data for me, and tell me what you think. Is my osa under control? I have searched the web, but can't find help to read data.

Thanks,

Linda x

Wow, no wonder you're feeling better Linda - these are excellent stats :)  Your AHI is most definitely under control.  Are you finding it much better on the APAP?

Terry, I know you use Resmed + view it on SleepyHead, so can you tell me if it's normal not to show leakage and other stats like RERA's etc.

Linda, this is nothing to worry about - I'm just interested as this is what mine looks like on Respironics:-

By the way, it doesn't normally show a picture of a butler carrying mail - I must have took the screen shot at the same time as I got an email alert LOL.

Kath, I'll send you screen prints of mine via Email, for some reason I never see the print outs on here, not sure if it is the Internet browers I am using which is Internet Explorer 9 or maybe security on my computer, I use a company computer not my own so it has alot more security than normal.

I use Firefox - maybe it's your work security issues.  When you send it, I'll put it in on here so Linda can see.

hi Kath, I do have 2 other pages of stats, which i will add, these are all from the same night.  Glad to hear things look fine on first one.  Thanks for taking the time to do this for me  x

Ah I see... my leaks show up in statistics and on the chart - just different machines vary on the stats displays.  You'll notice that your high leak coincided with a lot of snoring, which all makes sense, and the odd leak like that is fairly normal.

Linda, I agree with Kath, if you can put the front screen or statistics tab on, it gives a longer period of time because that is just one night. Kath, I can see the data on my phone, different security. It's just a bit harder to see.

Thank you Kath & Terry, I don't fully understand all the information on this, but somehow feel reassured just looking at it, if that makes sense. I will add the stats page here, thats my first full week with the auto machine, and I know a difference, just hope they let me keep it.

You're a model patient now Linda :)  I really hope they'll let you keep the APAP when you tell them how much better you're feeling.  Worst scenario is to get saving up for your own, and ask them if they'll lend you it until you're sorted ;)
