World Sleep Day 2013
Well, it's been a very busy day today for World Sleep Day, and of all days I was reminded of how life used to be for me in the days before I was diagnosed with Sleep Apnoea, when this old mug of mine caught my eye from the back of the cupboard. A friend of mine bought me it years ago as a joke, as back then I was known to all my friends and family as a 'dead head' and no matter how much sleep I'd had, I always found it difficult to get myself out of bed. I was also always late for work, but perhaps if my old bosses ever come across this forum, they'll realise why!! The cup has a chip in the top now (which I tried to edit out), but I keep it as a reminder of the old days before CPAP.
