Sorry for the delay Charlene (very busy day here).
You need to turn the knob on your machine until you highlight the words 'Info' on the LCD screen. When you've done this, press the knob down and you'll see information there, such as Large Leak, Phone In etc. You need to turn the knob until you see AHI, then press the knob again and it will display your 4 day + 7 day average. (This is assuming that the people who set up the machine have allowed this information to be displayed). To see more detailed information you need the smart card (which might already be in the machine) and the software.
